EOTO Kicks Off “We All Ascend” Spring Tour This Month
EOTO Kicks Off “We All Ascend” Spring Tour This Month
Tsunami Music Publicity  1/17/2013

EOTO will hit the ground running with over 20+ shows booked for their 2013 “We All Ascend” Tour slated to kick off on January 31st in Boston, MA. The duo will be performing throughout Northeast and Southeastern states before heading back to their home stomping grounds for a short Colorado run and tour finale at 2720 Cherokee in St. Louis. Known for bringing a live-electronic dance show like no other, the duo took home the “Best Live Dubstep” award and “Best Visual Production” from two separate people’s choice awards in 2012, with no signs of slowing down in 2013.

An EOTO show is an Octopedal beast. Without the use of samples or pre-recorded beats, the duo lays down each and every note using an arsenal of live instrumentation and a virtual spaceship of technology live before the audience. Coupled with their fully immersive 3D mapped lotus flower production, EOTO is truly a sight to see. The band has shown considerable growth in the last few years with near sell-out performances in some of the nation’s largest venues, coast to coast.

Road dogs Michael Travis and Jason Hann and have performed a staggering 800+ shows per year since their 2006 inception. Due in part to their 100% live improvised approach; the music has shown a natural evolution and growth, with no two shows alike. With a deep commitment to capturing their unique sound in a live setting, EOTO has forgone the tradition of recording an annual studio album, or even releasing new tracks for radio consumption. Instead, each and every show is recorded live from the stage and is available for live streaming and download 24/7 from the band’s live download page at www.eotolive.com.

The project will kick off the year with an industrious Spring Tour this January in Boston MA. For more information about EOTO and for ticketing information check out www.eotomusic.com and as an incentive for fans to bring their friends to the shows, anyone who purchases a 4 pack of passes to any show on the “We All Ascend” tour will also receive an autographed tour poster commemorating the event.
